Leadership Strategies for PreK–12 Principals and Assistant Principals
Students know what is working in their schools. The question for most leaders is not whether to listen, but how to build a structure that makes listening routine and makes what students say actually change something.
This course gives PreK–12 principals and assistant principals the knowledge and tools to elevate student voice as a core component of school culture. You will hear varied perspectives from students, teachers, and administrators, alongside National Principals Association program highlights and practical strategies, and learn how to foster meaningful student engagement that drives school improvement and student growth.
