Breakthrough Schools

To be identified as a MetLife Foundation-NASSP Breakthrough School, the school must serve 40% or more students in poverty and have made significant academic progress for a minimum of three years.  About half of identified schools serve middle level students.  Read the stories of their success and listen to podcast interviews with the principals of these high needs-high performing schools.
