Important Dates

November 2, 2009 - Online students' applications have to be completed, printed, and signed by students and parents and presented to school principals or head of an officially designated local organization: Girl Scouts; County 4-H, American Red Cross, YMCA, HandsOn Network for certification.

November 9, 2009 - Schools or organizations review applications and select Local Honorees, and then certify selected applications by logging on www.applyists.net  

Mid February 2010 - The top middle level and high school State Honorees in every state and the District of Columbia are selected and notified in writing.

May 1-4, 2010 - 102 State Honorees attend national recognition events in Washington, D.C, at which time America's top ten youth volunteers of the year are announced.
